WUE Information

WUE or the Western Undergraduate Exchange Program is a waiver that allows students throughout the western United States, the Pacific Island US Territories and free-standing states to enroll at a reduced tuition rate while seeking their first undergraduate degree. College Bound Scholarship

The College Bound Scholarship (CBS) program is an early commitment of state financial aid to eligible students who sign up in middle school and fulfill the scholarship pledge. CBS will combine with other state financial aid to cover tuition (at comparable public college rates), some fees, and a small book allowance.

Degree Explorer provides community resources that are centered around higher education in the US. This program focuses extensively on helping students research higher education and labor trends in the education & teaching industry. BigFuture/CollegeBoard

College Board is a not-for-profit organization that connects students to post-secondary success. BigFuture is the College Board's free college planning tool, designed to support students  from their first thoughts about college to their first day on campus. BigFuture will help you handle the college planning process. Click below to see the Family Action Plan specifically for parents of 11th grade students, planning timelines just for students themselves, and other links containing information about post-secondary planning.

College Access Program

The College Access Program partners with Southwest Washington MESA, Washington Campus Compact and WSU Vancouver to support seniors in high school in their transition to post-secondary institutions. It is done by providing access, awareness and mentorship through academic support as well as college and career readiness activities.

CAP works to provide a space for students to develop a college-going identity and a true sense of belonging.
